Job Title: Customer Sales Support

Established in 1984, Interprint, from its base in Swindon supplies litho and digital print services to a wide and diverse customer base. For the past 12 years, we have also offered a large-format supply and installation service, including aluminum Dibond panels onto hoardings, post mounted signs, banners, hanging signs, mesh barriers, self-adhesive vinyl onto windows, and many other signage solutions

 

Role

Reporting to General Manager, the Customer Sales Role is responsible for supporting the Interprint Sales Team in all aspects of sales activity of the business. In addition, the candidate will also be supporting our team in creating and managing web-based ordering software, known as Digital StoreFront (DSF)

 

Main Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with others, produce and check sheets job sheets from estimates and forward them to the Production Manager for processing. This will include checking job details are correct including purchase orders from customers, artwork details are attached to job files created and any supporting information is provided

 

  • Produce quotations for the sales team from information supplied by customers. This will include liaison with customers over phone and email to ensure all information required to produce a quotation, liaison with sales team to present to the customer including follow up of estimate sent

 

  • In conjunction with others create new and manage existing DSF ordering sites for existing or new customers. This will include processing orders received through DSF to the production team, managing any queries over phone or email, and supporting the team in developing new opportunities

 

  • Provide administration support for the sales team including managing proof of deliveries, managing jobs completed ready for invoicing, scanning documents, filing, and any other support as required by the sales team

 

  • In conjunction with others manage incoming telephone calls for the business ensuring these calls are managed efficiently and passed through to correct members of staff within the business

 

Experience

  • Knowledge and use of office windows including word, email & excel

  • Good communication skills

  • Working within a team

  • Accurate with good attention to detail
